Do yourself a favor, don't buy a Tesla compilation buy their full albums because there's not a lot of filler with this band. One of the most underrated bands from the 80's, their music is pure and still stands strong today.

Although I own all of Tesla's studio CD's, this is a great introduction for newer fans, or an awesome 'greatest hits' collection for older fans. Tesla incorrectly gets lumped in with many of their "hair metal" contemporaries, but they are much better than that. More of a bluesy, hard-rockin' jeans and a t-shirt type of band, Tesla is still going strong today, with incredible live shows and the occasional new CD. Standouts here include Modern Day Cowboy, the majestic Love Song, the powerful Song and Emotion (a heartfelt tribute to Steve Clark from Def Leppard), and the fantastic Mama's Fool, which was not located on any of their first 3 studio CD's. Overall great set. Tesla still rules!
